Note that, currently, none of our staff receive monetary compensation. If you want to write about South Asian film, we have an open call for South Asia Staff Writers. We cannot guarantee a response to every pitch. If you haven’t heard back in five business days, assume we are not moving forward. We are an all-volunteer organization, and do not have funds to pay contributors.

I do not have time to go hunting for images, and I don’t like uploading images to the server, so whenever possible please email me links to the actual image. If you want to you can also include related links at the end of your story. We don’t have any guidelines for that so it’s purely up to you to include them. We like fun, witty, entertaining, and most of all, passionate writers. We’re not looking for dry, excessively analytical interpretations about films or pop culture. The best tools are your first impressions, common sense, and your sense of humor.
We are currently accepting pitches for articles/reviews. We’re open to all ideas and pitches, but ultimately looking for articles on action movies from the 80s and 90s. Anything from a few hundred words to a few thousand. You’ll be joining a small but perfectly-formed team covering the best films in the industry at a fast pace. You’ll get critical digital newsroom experience in writing, researching, and sharing content, using all our resources to deliver the best possible product.
That will be exactly your job via our website. You just have to let people be aware of the events that are trending around the entire world by your writings. Millions of things are happening over the world. People, especially teenagers, love to search on the internet about various issues and they solve half of their problems in this way.
