We are all pretty crazy about weddings. While there are many types of weddings (fun, religious, business, etc.), I’ve decided to focus this series on the three most popular: traditional, civil, and nontraditional. I’m not here to provide you with a list of all the different types of weddings out there. This is simply the type of wedding I prefer.
In the traditional wedding, the couple presents themselves to their families, their friends, and the public in a traditional ceremony. It’s a beautiful ceremony, and its purpose is to convey the couple’s love and commitment to each other through words, vows, music, and dancing. It’s a romantic, simple, and very enjoyable way to celebrate the wedding of your dreams.
I was told recently by a friend that there are a lot of people out there who would LOVE to have an open-ended, non-traditional wedding. Well, I could understand that. But if you are a person who wants to have a wedding (or any other type of ceremony) that is completely private and not about a bunch of strangers in a room, then I would recommend doing what I do.
I’m a huge fan of a lot of different types of ceremonies. The one I like the most for a wedding is the big, traditional, quiet ceremony. You’re not going to have a DJ, but you will have a whole bunch of people you know, who will be there to help you celebrate. And since you’ll be in a quiet room, it will be easier to hold your own ceremony.
A big part of the reason I like the traditional ceremony is because it lets me make the decisions on what to wear and who to have fun with. Because your wedding is just another day, you have to pick the right attire and the right people for your special event. It doesn’t matter if you can afford it, if you don’t have the funds, you don’t have to worry about it.
I was really glad to see the new trailer for Wedding Venues in iowa. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical when they showed me this trailer. It was only later when I realized that they are showing us a wedding that is a bit extreme. It is probably a good thing to have the wedding in iowa anyways, because its like being on a cruise in a small ship with no windows.
Well, the “we’ll just go to your house and have an intimate dinner” idea would definitely be a good place to start. If you can’t afford to use a venue, then you can always rent one. If you rent it, then you know that you are definitely going to be the only person there on a nice night.
If you plan on making the entire wedding a surprise, then you have to rent a venue. Because the only place it will be that you are not allowed to be is in your own home. And if you are not there with the rest of the guests, then it is not a surprise. But if you are there with the rest of the guests, then it is a big surprise.
I am not even going to get into the fact that you should never rent a venue unless you are planning on having your entire wedding a surprise. You should always have a plan of what you are doing.
Ok, so you have to rent a venue. But if you rent a venue, you have to make sure that it is appropriate for your guests, and I mean that in the sense that it will be large enough to accommodate the size of your wedding guests, but not so large that you can’t fit a piano player in the room. This is the reason why I don’t recommend renting a venue unless you have been planning on having your entire wedding a surprise.
