We all need to stop eating the same thing over and over again. We need to make a habit of treating sweets with respect. We may have a strong inclination to like something rather than avoid it. Maybe we would prefer to eat something that tastes like something else, like cheesecake. Or, maybe we would prefer to eat something that tastes like something else, like a pie.
