I would say that if you are planning a big wedding, that it would be a good idea to consider a hotel. There are many great options for weddings that are a bit more expensive than your average hotel, but they are also typically within walking distance of the venue. You can even reserve a room in advance.
The reason why most of the places that I’ve been for my wedding has been a couple of blocks from the venue is because I felt that I was going to be very conscious about my schedule. And if I was going to be on a cruise ship somewhere, I didn’t want to be on a bunch of buses and buses going to all of the different venues and getting out there at the last second or having to go from one place to another.
But for people who are going to be on a cruise ship, the venue is less of a worry. They are going to have a space that they are going to be able to stay in, so there isn’t the worry of having to spend the night at a hotel. And the venue that I had booked was in downtown Tulsa. And the hotel that I had booked online was in downtown Tulsa. But the one that I had booked was in downtown Tulsa and it was right on the river.
It turns out that the river side is better, because it is a bit closer to the ocean. So they could walk from the river side to the venue.
The wedding is also supposed to be the first in a series of “events” that will follow. A lot of the venues have already been booked out, so this will be a big event. But even so, I would have definitely put my money on the river side.
