It has been a few weeks since my first Roman coin pizza and I have been feeling like a bit of a glutton. I have been enjoying my first homemade Neapolitan pizza, which is a pizza with a dough base made from scratch using a mix of ingredients.
This is the first pizza I have ever made and I have been missing out on a lot of great recipes. I have also been missing out on a lot of great homemade pizza recipes because I could never find the time to make them.

But I am also not sure if it is just me or if these recipes are just as good as they should be. I am not sure I could be eating pizza like this every night.

I have my own recipe (see above). The only thing that I might make that is a little different from her recipe, is that I use fresh whole wheat pizza dough instead of the regular commercial one. I also use fresh mozzarella instead of part skim milk cheese. My pizza is a little more rustic, but it will serve you well enough.
