The interior design industry is one of the most glamorous and exciting jobs in the world. It’s a huge field and there are so many different aspects to consider, from architecture to furniture, design and style to home décor. For my own personal tastes, I have always been drawn to a home with an open floor plan.
I love a house with a formal appearance, lots of wood, and maybe a few glass doors or windows. However, for me, one of the main factors to consider in the home design process is the way the room is lit. If it’s not lit well, we tend to get distracted by the lights. Also, I like to have a small back yard that is not too large to clutter up with grass.
The same goes with interior design. If you’re going to get into this category, make sure that your home’s interior design has an open floor plan and lots of wood. You don’t want your dining area or kitchen to look like a cave, but you also don’t want it to have a plain white wall.
With all of this said, I am a HUGE proponent of backyards and open floor plans. I also believe that wood is a necessity when it comes to designing homes. Youre probably still thinking that its just a matter of decorating the whole house. Don’t be fooled. Wood can be used to provide the structure of a house, but not all of the design elements.
It’s true that wood can be used to create a house, so long as you have an open floor plan and lots of it. But to truly make a house, you need to think about who will be living in it. If the floorplan takes up most of the main living space, youll likely lose a lot of the potential for interaction with others.
Thats why the way an interior designer builds the house will affect the way people like you live in it. Even though they may not use the same materials, decorator or not, they will still be using elements of modern architecture. There are a lot of things you could take from the interior design of a house to make it modern. You can make a house more open and airy by doing things like placing a fireplace or a couch in the center of the main living room.
That’s not all interior designers can do. They can also do things like make the house look more modern by adding a bathroom or bathtub or some other kind of modern bathroom gadget.
While the majority of interior designers work with the same materials, decorator, and decorating styles, the difference here is that interior designers are often more creative. They can find inspiration from the interior of a house to make it more contemporary. This is an advantage of working with a decorator.

The difference between them is that interior designers tend to work with their clients every single day. Interior designers work on a schedule, whereas decorators are more flexible.
