This was supposed to be my wedding dress. After years of being a bridesmaid and maid of honor, I felt the color had to be perfect for the wedding. Luckily, I found a great color in the color wheel and the results were perfect.
I have a couple of wedding dresses, and so did everyone else! I’m not sure what they’re called now, but I still have three that I own. The one I wore to my wedding is the one by the same designer that I also wore to my wedding ten years ago. The other two are by a company that I don’t trust, so I only wear one of them and wear the other one that I bought used.
As far as I know, theyre all vintage. There are some brides who want to wear something from a year or two ago, but I have no idea what that means. I like them, though, because theyre all green. Or that the flower part of the dress I wore to my wedding is. I have one other dress that is an all-green dress, but I still wear it.
Wedding dresses are one of those things that you look at and you think you really need one, but then you realize that your husband has never liked it, and you have no idea what he thinks about it. Then you realize those other dresses you have in your closet that are green, or brown, or yellow, or whatever, are the right thing for you.

Other times it is the dress that you look at in the store and you think, “I just want to wear this dress.” If you ever find yourself in that situation, you can save yourself some money by buying a cheaper dress. You can also always just wear a pair of shorts and a T-shirt and a different dress for the rest of the wedding.
