This is a story of love and celebration. I am just a few days away from my wedding to my best friend’s mother, my sweetheart, and my wife. My wife is my best friend for 7 years, and I’m so excited to be getting married to her and making her the happiest woman on earth. (Okay, so that last part is just me making a joke.
I have been married to my wife for 7 years. I love her very much, and Im so happy to be getting married to her and making her the happiest woman on earth. Just joking.
The best way to get the most out of your wedding is to dance with your friends. Or at least, dance with other couples. Dance with my mother and my little sister. Dance with my friends and my sister. Dance with my wife and her friends. Dance with my friend who is a party planner. Dance with my best friend who also makes me feel like a grownup when I have a bad day, and dance with the person who is the reason that I am married to my wife.
Yeah, it sure is awesome to dance with your wife. And I bet it’s even more awesome to dance with your bestie. And with your mother. And with your sister. And with your friend who is a party planner. And with your wedding planner. And with your best friend who also makes me feel like a grownup when I have a bad day.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, there are only two things you can do with a bad day: dance and pee. If you do both, you’re gonna pee a lot, but the dance video is a lot of fun.
I have to admit, though, that it probably wasn’t my wedding that really put me off dancing with my bestie. It was my sister’s wedding. And while it was a fun time, it was a lot more fun than I wanted to be. I was just too nervous about dancing with my bestie that I couldn’t bring myself to pee.
I still dont get why they all thought it was a great idea to pee in front of my bestie. I mean, what’s so great about dancing? That’s like, the worst. I mean, that’s like the worst thing ever.
A lot of couples do it for a laugh. I wouldnt say that it was my best friend that put me off, but I was really nervous about dancing with her, so I didnt think I would pull it off. It was just that I didnt want to be like, oh my gosh, I cant trust my bestie. She could be evil. She could just be like, oh my gosh, she just thinks we’re dancing right Now.
This is why we dont do weddings. I dont want my friends to be like, oh my gosh, I should just do it at home.
You could always ask your parents to give you an extra half hour in the morning. Or if you really love the guy and he really loves you, you could ask him to be your godfather. You know, just to make things clear.
