The new interiors on our new estate, Cascade are a striking contrast from the past residences, which are more formal and traditional in style. This makes me think of the old saying, “If you want to impress someone, get a fancy office. If you want them to like you, get a home.
I think it’s great that they are creating a home that is different from the past residences on our estate. My biggest issue with the new interiors is that they are a little too dark and sleek, and some of my favorite details, like the “open concept” kitchen and the “lush green woods” are a little too subtle. I’m looking forward to seeing what the developers have to say about what the rest of the building will be like.
I love the idea of a different home for each of us in the estate, and this design does a great job of creating a space that is comfortable and enjoyable for all of us. At the same time, however, it makes the house seem too sterile and sterile, and I wonder if the architects and interior designers didn’t take the time to make the house feel more natural and inviting.
The main reason I was so disappointed is because I love the fact that the house is a bit more intimate than I expected it to be. The house is meant to be a cozy space for all of us, and I don’t think the architects and interior designers did a great job of conveying this. The biggest thing that is making my life so much more difficult is the fact that our new house is a lot bigger than it was when we bought it. It is an actual house, not simply a design concept. I think a lot of us feel like we are getting a little too big by living in a studio, but I don’t think that’s necessarily the case.
A lot of designers (again) have been having a lot of fun with this idea, and have actually built a house with more space than the original design. But while this house is getting bigger, I think its still a lot smaller than we thought it was going to be. For example, last week’s tweet that I was going to write about how I was having trouble with the current view of our yard was not the case.
In the new design, the pool is in the middle of our house. It’s got to be able to get the views in and out of the house, so I’m not sure how it would work for us.
We got a view in and out of the swimming pool in our new design. And the pool has its own deck, so it also has a view of our garden, but that’s about it. So you have that one view and then get that other view just like you would with a house. That’s the whole idea.
